CANCELLED “Go Irish on the Island” St. Paddy’s Day Pub Crawl

The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce’s 2020 Go Irish on the Island St. Paddy’s Day Pub Crawl, planned for Tuesday, March 17, has been canceled in an abundance of caution related to COVID-19. Escambia County and the City of Pensacola are canceling all publicly-permitted events with 500 or more people starting Monday, March 16. This action is being taken in response to a recommendation from Gov. Ron DeSantis that municipalities consider limiting or postponing mass gatherings in the state of Florida.

Go Irish on the Island for this year’s Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce’s annual St. Paddy’s Day Pub Crawl on Tuesday, March 17. The annual pub crawl along Pensacola Beach features about a dozen participating beach bars, restaurants and hotels serving up Irish drink specials, music and mischief all day long.

Each stop lasts about 45 minutes. Revelers can jump in and join the fun mid-day at any of the locations and times!

While it’s a celebration of Irish culture and traditions, the St. Paddy’s Day Pub Crawl is also a benefit for Covenant Care. The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce donates proceeds from the sale of pub crawl t-shirts to the organization. The t-shirts are $15 each and available at each of the stops and the Visitor Information Center on Pensacola Beach.

Stay tuned for more info on this year’s participating bars and restaurants!
