Blues Beachside Bazaar Vendor Booth Guidelines
Thank you for being a part of the Blues Beachside Bazaar at the Pensacola Beach Blue Angels Airshow! To ensure a smooth and successful event, please follow these guidelines:
- Booth Setup: Each vendor will receive a 10×10 tent and one 8-foot table. Please provide a photo of your booth with your application or email it to [email protected].
- Product Sales:
- Only pre-approved food and drink items may be sold. No unauthorized sales are allowed.
- No apparel (shirts/sweatshirts) may be sold. The show reserves that right to AirWare, the official vendor of airshow apparel.
- Power & Safety Regulations:
- No generators or open flames are permitted (strictly enforced).
- Vendors must have a fire extinguisher per Florida State Law.
- Electricity is available only with advanced approval—contact Jessica Simpson for arrangements.
- Insurance Requirements: Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance listing Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce, Santa Rosa Island Authority, and Escambia County as additional insured.
- Cleanliness & Waste Management:
- Vendors must provide at least one trash can and are responsible for all trash removal and booth cleanup.
- Vendors must comply with Florida Department of Health regulations.
- Vendors must supply their own ice, if needed.
- Operations & Logistics:
- Prices must be clearly displayed at your booth.
- Vendor parking passes will be provided.
- Setup must be completed by 7:00 AM on both event days.
- Market hours are 7:00am – 4:00pm on both event days. Failure to be set up by 7:00am or to stay until 4:00pm will result in removal from the market and loss of first right of refusal for the following year’s event.
